Analysis
We reported early on (see 4) above), citing persuasive articles and a formerhead of MI5, that the Covid-19 Coronavirus was the product of “gain of function” experiments at tbe Wuhan Institute of Technology and a likely lab leak. The Sunday Times article now confirms that this analysis was accurate.
The lab leak hypothesis was widely debunked, usually without refutung tbe specific factual assertions of those concluding a lab leak from the Wuhan Institute of Technology was the likely origin of the coronavirus.
A possible explanation for the virulence with which the lab leak hypothesis was attacked could be that President Donald Trump had blurted out the conclusion of highly sensitive intelligence reports when he started calling the Covid-19 coronavirus “the China virus” in March, 2020.
The attacks could have been orchestrated in order to sow confusion and conceal such a security breach by the President.
